Shipping policy

1. The primary shipping service to be used is Royal Mail and estimated delivery time is based on estimates given by Royal Mail.

2. Shipping rates are estimated, and DTF Studio will will cover actual shipping costs up to 120% of the estimated shipping cost paid by the client when they order.

3. Should the actual shipping cost be more than 120% of the amount paid by the client, DTF Studio reserves the right to invoice the client for additional shipping fees or to give the client the option of changing to a more economical shipping option.
